About the Creator

Naomi Lavelle, PhD – where science meets design.

Scientist, designer and science communicator. With a PhD in Molecular Biology and qualifications in graphic design, Naomi brings science to life through a multitude of media.

Naomi has contributed to children’s science TV and radio shows in Ireland and writes regularly for print and online media. She also designs interactive science shows for a more hands-on and personal approach to science communication.

Through her infographics, zines and educational resources, Naomi combines her two great passions – science and creativity – makes science visual, playful and accessible for all.
